And Jesus said unto them: "Let the children come to Me, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as they.  Don't send them away!" Mark 10:14

Come and join the fun and excitement in our Eager Beaver and Adventurer Clubs, the greatest clubs ever created for children ages 4-9.  Eager Beavers and Adventurers are designed to strengthen parent-child relationships by providing specialized weekly activities.  The activities are tuned to the psychological needs of this age group.  The activities also give parents opportunities for learning parenting skills and enjoying special times with their children.

Club meetings are vibrant, creative, fun-filled adventures tailored to our special member’s developmental needs! Children learn about the Bible, health and fitness, nature, and people skills. Each child is encouraged to participate in all activities.  Special crafts, games and awards, singing and classwork happen at every meeting. Parents assist with activities prepared by class teachers, teach awards, and prepare games or materials behind the scenes.

The Adventurer curriculum is divided into four levels: Busy Bee, Sunbeam, Builder and Helping Hand. The Eager Beaver curriculum is separate from the Adventurer program and runs as a branch of the Adventurer club.

Why have an Adventurer program?
The Adventurer program is designed to support parents in assisting children with the challenging task of developing fully as followers of Christ in today’s world.What is the Adventurer curriculum designed to accomplish?
  1. Children will, at their own level,commit their hearts and lives to Jesus Christ.
  2. Children will gain a positive attitude toward the benefits, joys, and responsibilities of living a Christian life.
  3. Children will acquire the habits, skills and knowledge needed to live for Jesus today.
  4. Parents and other primary care-givers will become more confident and effective as co-laborers with Christ for their children.

Objectives
The Adventurer Club provides fun and creative ways for children:
  1. to develop a Christ-like character;
  2. to experience the joy and satisfaction of doing things well;
  3. to express their love for Jesus in a natural way;
  4. to learn good sportsmanship and strengthen their ability to get along with others;
  5. to discover their God-given abilities and to know how to use them to benefit self and serve others,
  6. to improve their understanding of what makes families strong.
